AP - "Desperate Housewives" heartthrob Dougray Scott has proposed to his girlfriend, actress Claire Forlani. Scott, who plays Teri Hatcher's new love interest Ian Kavanaugh on this season of ABC's "Desperate Housewives," proposed to Forlani last month in Los Angeles, according to People magazine.
